ADDRESS CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Once your order is placed an address change or cancellation may not be possible.
Our team will do their best to update your order prior to carrier pick up.

HOTEL & TEMPORARY DESTINATIONS
CIRQO discourages shipping to Hotels, AirB&B and other temporary destinations. If you are planning to travel, please place your order at least 2 weeks before your travel date. If you are unable to do so, we invite you to shop with us upon your return. Orders shipped to hotels and temporary destinations cannot be refunded if they are lost after being delivered.

STOLEN/UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, orders cannot be reshipped or refunded. CIRQO is not responsible for packages that are stolen from the confirmed delivery location. The security of the delivery destination is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you do not have a secure residential delivery address, we recommend shipping to alternate address such as a business or mailbox service. Shipments returned to CIRQO as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend.
